F.E.A.R. Some athletes find running as a way to escape the real world. It can make you unable to think of something even just in a millisecond.
Running is nothing more than a series of arguments between the part of your brain that wants to stop and the part that wants to keep going. It may seem draining and backbreaking but the outgrowth can prompt the widest smile not only to an athlete’s face but also to their audience
and coaches. Voices screaming in utmost bliss and a reason of getting and achieving eminence. Athletes run for their passion. Though their legs suddenly feel weak, their arms are sore, their chests are heavy and their body is in pain, they still manages to make it ‘till the end.
Running is the greatest metaphor for life because you get out of it what you put into it. What can you be afraid of? Getting an injury? It eventually heals. Passing out? You will still be alive. Not being able to breath? You can, once you’re done. Feeling the pain? It’ll eventually go away. Afraid of the competition? Whatever it is, don’t be afraid to go out there and compete. Because as soon as you cross the finish line, you should know you have nothing left. Be fearless from the start.
Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. Running can help you go in places far away so forget everything and run.
