Thus, to boost employee engagement and develop a productive workplace, it is a necessity to give recognition and praises for the institution’s workers.

Appreciation is proven to motivate employees to invest more effort and active interest. Reports say that employee recognition drives work performance of an individual and makes him or her be further tied up with the team. Workers who are motivated exert more time and effort into their work since they feel like they have a purpose and they play a significant role in the company in meeting its goals and in living with its mission and vision.

Employee appreciation creates an environment that workers want to work in and make a difference to their business. The Dangal ng MSC Awards Night is one of the easily seen events of our beloved institution that showcases of admiration and respect to the College’s employees for their dedication, passion, and generosity. The Dangal ng MSC Awards Night should really be held regularly, annually for the development of the employees and the College itself.
