Frustration and criticism naturally goes to whoever is at fault; not pointing any fingers. Athletes practice or impatiently stand by, hoping their next game will be announced or otherwise cancelled. Those in academic competitions endure sleepless nights only to find out their event has been delayed. As for the journalists hoping for a swap or shred of the action, mostly they just ask other participants or students the time when anything would likely start and to confusions and pangs imitation arise.
Though its expected from the limited time to get ready for the Olympics, from the training to be the actual execution, it seems to been haphazardly formed. Understandable though it may be considering the classes and meetings going on, it could have been done better.
